We are proud to announce that two of our firm’s maritime lawyers, Jason R. Margulies and Michael A. This is Mr. Winkleman’s first and Mr. Margulies’ sixth consecutive selection since 2009. Mr. Winkleman is also an active trial and appellate attorney handling all maritime personal injury, cruise line sexual assault and wrongful death claims, as well as complex business disputes.
