Charles Lipcon, founder of Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A., has been named a “Super Lawyer” for the fifth year in a row in the just-published 2011 edition of Super Lawyers. In addition this year’s issue has named Jason Margulies, also a member of the firm, as one of this year’s “Rising Stars”.
